Facial Oil: Apply facial oil to your face, neck, and chest to ensure the Gua Sha tool glides smoothly without causing irritation or tugging.
Chest and Neck: Begin at your chest and move upwards towards your neck to stimulate blood flow and activate the lymphatic channels, allowing fluid to flow more freely from the face down towards the body.
Jawline: Using the heart-shaped side of the Gua Sha, gently glide it along your jawline in an upward motion towards your ears.
Cheeks: Using the long side of the Gua Sha, move to your cheeks and scrape in an upward and outward motion towards your ears. The long side will contour the natural curves of your cheekbones.
Eye Area: Use the pointy side of the Gua Sha to gently glide in a circular motion around the eyes.
Forehead: Use the teeth/rigid side of the Gua Sha to gently scrape in an upward motion towards your hairline. Repeat several times, moving slowly across your forehead.
Drain: Finish by moving down from your neck towards your clavicle to help drain lymphatic fluid. Repeat this motion several times on each side.
