Shipping
We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
We offer free shipping on orders over $65 USD within Canada and the U.S. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nusa Holistick is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
There are no tariffs or duties on orders within Canada and the United States, as our products are CUSMA-certified.
Nusa Holistick is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred on international orders.

Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
All returns must be approved by Nusa Holistick prior to sending your package back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and any associated fees (including return shipping, courier charges, or unpaid duties) will be deducted from the final refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nusaholistick.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We’ll do our best to make it right.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use your preferred carrier and ensure duties are prepaid. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
All sale items, gift-with-purchase items, and promotional items are final sale. Face and body tools, as well as perfumes, are also final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a $8.50 USD shipping fee (our standard rate) will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue your refund to the original method of payment.
Lost Packages
If your order is deemed lost, Nusa Holistick will issue a replacement. A package is considered lost if tracking has not updated for 30 days.
Kindly note Nusa Holistick is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with household members or neighbours first. If the package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the courier to open an investigation.
Return-to-sender
Parcels returned to sender or refused will be issued store credit, less original and return shipping fees.
If you would like your order resent, an additional $8.50 USD shipping fee will apply. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the package has been received.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are automatically charged every 3 months (or based on your selected frequency) on the original purchase date.
You may pause, delay, or cancel your subscription through your customer portal after a minimum of 2 completed subscription orders. Access details will be sent via email after your first subscription purchase, or you can log in through “My Account” on our website.
