Place incense in the ceramic holder provided. Light the tip of the incense stick. Let the incense burn for a few seconds before gently blowing out the flame. Allow the smoke aroma to rise and enjoy the natural scent.

Each stick burns for about 45 minutes and can be burned all at once or relight it at another time.

You don’t have to burn the entire stick at once. You can flip the incense upside down and place it in the holder to put it out, or briefly run the tip under water. Let it dry, store it, and relight it another time.
Tip: sometimes we like to burn half in the morning and the other half at the end of the day as a reset.
