I ordered these in December 2024. By February / March, the finish was starting to come off in flakes. See photo. I used these very gently, and honestly not that often. These are expensive clips. 2-3 months is not acceptable for a $22.30 product (what I paid after shipping/taxes). I kept wearing it to try and get my money’s worth, but by May / June the flakes were starting to get in my hair (gross) so I had to throw it out.
Ordered a pack of 2 of the same exact style, size, and material (cellulose acetate) from some other brand on Amazon for $10, lol. They’ve lasted me 3+ months with no signs of wear.
I tried to get help from Nusa Holistick customer service but they just told me they can’t refund past 30 days and then ghosted me on all further follow ups. Not sure what their problem is.
These guys are grifters, like many in the wellness industry. Don’t buy from here. Will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company.
I’ve gone through so many claw clips and this is the perfect size for my long hair! The material is super durable and my go to everyday clip.
